Not a quality experience.

size of room and the hotel location were good.

Hot tub was not operational and had been out of operation for a long period of time. This was not communicated on the internet hotel info. Beds were comfortable but they were very tall and the pillows were very small.

Wonderful service. Our microwave did not work. It was replaced immediately with a letter from Chris apologizing for inconvenience. He gave us two bags with water and snacks as a way of thanking us for our patience. Very nice and unexpected. Definitely a nice touch. I will be back next time I visit my family in Sherman.

Staff, cleanliness, wifi, everything but my very own frog!

There was a frog outside the window that kept me awake most of the night. I realize nothing could be done but it sure made for a less enjoyable sleep.

Room size.

No elevator to get to the second floor with luggage.

Location really close to highway access, stores, and restaurants. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television in the room. The staff were super friendly and very very helpful and helped with free parking...

We walked everywhere, the location was absolutely perfect, close to everything. The continental breakfast was offered with toast, free wifi: )

A Great Stop for Comfort and Value!

Enjoyed my stay . The staff greeted us with warmth. The complimentary breakfast offered hearty options like scrambled eggs and sausage, perfect for fueling our day. Pro tip, request a room on the lower floor if you prefer avoiding stairs.

Spacious room and great Wi-Fi, but the toilet ran all night. Very annoying.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff

The room I stayed in was spacious with reliable Wi-Fi. The highlights were the friendly staff who were eager to help, and the breakfast options included tasty Texas-shaped waffles. The check-in took longer than expected and could use some improvement.

The breakfast spread was delicious and the outdoor pool was a great spot to relax with the kids after a day of exploring. The only hiccup was a slight issue with the room key, but it didn't really dampen our stay.

Recommend it for families with kids

The staff moved us closer to the lobby which was a huge help for my 91 year old mother. The hot breakfast hit the spot with fresh fruit and hot eggs , made the mornings easier with the kids.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable.

I found the staff friendly and willing to help. The breakfast offered a good variety that worked for my family. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable. It was easy to get to local attractions from here 😊
